This past Sunday, World Compassion Network presented Addison Road in concert.
“With nearly 900 attending, God stirred many hearts that night. Nick Stanton, lead worship singer at WCC, began the evening. It was a privilege to have him begin our first concert fundraiser. Addison Road then came on to rock the night. Jenny, lead singer, shared with the crowd her beautiful voice as well as her heart about the broken world we live in and that we can get through the pain with the help of our God.” (WCN website)
All proceeds from the concert went to WCN.

New Tribes Missions, Papua New Guinea
This is the building New Tribes has been raising funds for. Please remember that each one of you is standing in the GAP for Todd and Karen and family. This prayer support means everything to them. You will never know, until eternity, what your prayers meant to them.
Please remember to pray. Todd and Karen are in the midst of decisions that will take a lot of working through for them. They also have the last translations to complete and these are time consuming and very detailed oriented. Thanks for your part in furthering the gospel!

Typhoons and tropical storms have hit the Philippines, killing hundreds of people and leaving thousands more homeless and without food. Recently, Josh Grill and Clark Shepherd were in Manila, distributing food and medicine to those affected by the storms. You can see their video update below.
Please keep the WCN team and the people of the Philippines in your prayers!

One of our Global Outreach teams will be leaving for Biloxi, Mississippi this Saturday, to help with rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina. You can follow along as they share their experiences throughout the trip, and get a glimpse of what God is stirring in their hearts before, during, and after.
The Katrina Team Blog is HERE.
Feel free to leave notes of encouragement and prayer for the team. They certainly appreciate it!
“If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has not pity on him, how can the Love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue, but with actions and in truth.” (1 John 3:17, 18)
